All fine, but refrigerator too small.

Nice building, marvellous location near to Close to transport, the shopping area, restaurants and the Sapporo Clock Tower, and both the airport shuttle bus. Also, by many shops & restaurants. Breakfast was satisfactory, room was compact and neat. Lovely interior design, exceptionally comfortable beds.

The breakfast was top-notch, and I really appreciated the welcome drinks at the hotel bar. The gym had great equipment for workouts. The relaxing lounge area was a nice touch. 😊

Excellent design, spacious room and very comfortable. Helpful staff and good location. The rooms are modern and in very good shape. Excellent value for money, especially during weekdays.

Wireless internet would be a plus. Also, breakfast is a bit pricy. I would have preferred a cheaper continental breakfast.

Good place with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a cozy bar/lounge area. I still remember how staff offered a cold drink during my first visit. Their helpfulness stood out.

The service is so great. The staff is so helpful and reply all the questions about sightseeing, transport and food. The hotel arranges free shuttle to jr station. The airport shuttle is also stop by and have 2-3 minutes by walking distance.

The bed is not so big enough for couple

Convenient location in Susukino. Free hotel shuttle to Odor Park and Jr Sapporo Station. Airport bus located across the street and 2 minutes walk from subway. Many restaurants located next door. Excellent English speaking front desk and extremely helpful.

The breakfast at mercure was lovely, giving us a good enough standard to fill up before exploring the area. The hotel staff were attentive. It was conveniently located near shopping areas, super helpful.

the hotel was ideally situated to view the sculptures of the Sapporo Ice festival. Accommodation was very comfortable

Great Location, close proximity to lots of restaurants

Nothing, was pretty satisfied

The room was surprisingly spacious, even for a family of four with a crib. Supernice and neat, we had room to move around without feeling cramped. The beds were soft, easy to catch some Zs after long days out. The bathroom was a decent size, too, with all the basic things we needed. The staff was helpful with an issue we had.

Beautiful design, looks very new, wifi in room, very nice food. Great location - shops, restaurants, attractions. 20 min walk to main train station - easy walk
